 Why Supplements?

  • As a person ages a bit of help can go a long way
  • Help fight fatigue which could help lessen injuries
  • Achieve longer workouts in training

How many calories are you burning?

Almost 300 cal per hour

 How do they work?

Basics, your muscles need energy to fire ie. contract. There is a finite amount of chemicals stored in your body. Once these stored chemicals are used the body have to create more, thus leading to muscle fatigue.

Creatine enhances physical performance by increasing the amount of free phosphates available for the re-synthesis of ATP.

In Slalom with 55 turns, the last few gates the legs feel like rubber.

Supplements are used to attain longer workouts, longer training and more skiing and riding.
