VERBAL OR PHYSICAL ABUSE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.<\/li>\n<li>SKIDOME CLUB HAS NO DUES\u00a0 so membership is free .\u00a0 TO JOIN SKIDOME YOU MUST PURCHASE A\u00a0 LIBERTY NIGHT TRACKER CARD THROUGH THE SKIDOME SKI &amp; SNOWBOARD CLUB.<\/li>\n<li>SKIDOME CLUB DOES NOT ARRANGE TRIPS.\u00a0 WE ENCOURAGE ALL MEMBERS TO\u00a0 SHARE RIDES IF POSSIBLE.\u00a0\u00a0 Group trips can be arranged through Blue Ridge Ski Council and National Ski Council Federation .<\/li>\n<li>SKIDOME CLUB WILL MEET ONCE PER YEAR, IN THE FALL, FOR CLUB INFORMATION.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 SCHEDULE WILL BE POSTED.<\/li>\n<li>THE PURPOSE OF THE SKIDOME CLUB IS TO PROMOTE NIGHT SKIING\/BOARDING AT SKI LIBERTY, ROUNDTOP , &amp; WHITETAIL.\u00a0 TO PROMOTE SAFETY AND CONSIDERATION WHILE SKIING AND BOARDING. TO SAVE MONEY FOR MEMBERS COMPARED TO REGULAR RATES.<\/li>\n<li>SKIDOME CLUB MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO ABIDE BY ALL SKI LIBERTY, ROUNDTOP and WHITETAIL RULES AND REGULATIONS INCLUDING THE CODE OF CONDUCT.<\/li>\n<li>SKIDOME CLUB MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO ABIDE BY THE SKIERS CODE RESTATED BELOW.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>Your Responsibility Code<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Always stay in control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>You must not stop where you obstruct a trail, or are not visible from above.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Always use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Observe all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Prior to using any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to load, ride and unload safely.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3><strong>SKIDOME CLUB MEMBERS ARE EXPECTED TO ABIDE BY THE CODE OF CONDUCT RESTATED BELOW.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Be courteous and polite to other guests and employees at all times.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ski\/Board in a safe responsible manner<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Don&#8217;t Ski\/Board fast or in a reckless manner<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Observe all posted signs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not use foul or offensive language, comments, or gestures<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not throw snowballs or other items at any time or place, including from lifts or lift lines.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>SKIING AND SNOWBOARDING\u00a0LIKE ANY OTHER SPORT CAN CAUSE INJURY AND \/ OR POSSIBLE DEATH. BY JOINING THE SKIDOME CLUB YOU ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS SKIDOME SKI &amp; SNOWBOARD CLUB AND WILLIAM E. FOWLER III.
