Sometimes I work for INS Services as they get busy and need fill in labor. The Steps have been here 50 years, wonderful brick work in need of railing support, along with grinding and grout.
Others choose to use wood, but the cost is the same with the Brick offering 2x as long life.
This repair in 16 hours or less. 1 bag of veneer to reset brick, 1/2 bag of Type S and 5 gal sand. 1 Type S to 4 Sand ratio. All Labor.
Used a grinder and mason diamond blade to cut grout.
